From Apple Health or Health Connect, only if you turn on health sync and allow it: Stiqsy reads your weight, daily steps and sleep. It saves the weights it imports and each day's step and sleep totals with your other records. It also asks for permission to write weight, but it does not write anything to Apple Health or Health Connect today.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, selling to third parties, research without explicit consent, or profiling / automated decision-making.

Your records are held in Cloud Firestore in Google Cloud's Mumbai region (asia-south1). Firebase Authentication, Analytics and Crashlytics are run by Google and may process data outside India.

On your phone, the app keeps a local copy of your records so it can show them quickly, along with your settings, scheduled reminders and any report files it has created for sharing. Anyone who can unlock your phone and open the app can see your records.

Security measures: Firebase Authentication with encrypted password storage; Firestore security rules allow each signed-in account to read and write only its own records; data travels between the app and Firebase over encrypted connections.

Retention: we keep your account and records for as long as your account exists. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete them. There is no delete-account button in the app: you can send a deletion request by email, and cr8veworks handles each request by hand. We have not yet published a verified deletion procedure or a timeline, or how long our service providers keep analytics data, crash reports and internal copies.

• You (Progress Report) — a PDF created on your phone only when you choose to share one, for example with your doctor

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

• See and correct — change your profile in the app; in the Logbook you can delete doses, weigh-ins, check-ins and measurements, and edit today's check-in
• Get a copy — share a Progress Report from the app, or send a request for a copy of your data by email. The app cannot export everything in your account, and we cannot yet say what a requested copy will include
• Delete — send a deletion request by email; cr8veworks handles each request by hand. We have not yet published a verified deletion procedure or a timeline
• Withdraw consent — stop using the app at any time and send a deletion request by email

Stiqsy is NOT a medical device, a substitute for professional medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or approved / regulated by any health authority (CDSCO, FDA, etc.). Always consult your prescribing physician before making changes to your medication regimen. The data and reports generated by this app are for informational purposes only.

Children's privacy: Stiqsy is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. For users outside India, we comply with applicable local data protection laws including GDPR (EU) where applicable.
