We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, selling to third parties, research without explicit consent, or profiling / automated decision-making.

Hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Data may be stored in data centers outside your country of residence.

Security measures: Firebase Authentication with encrypted password storage; Firestore security rules ensure users can only access their own data; all data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption; health data is not stored unencrypted on the device.

Retention: your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time; upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Stiqsy is NOT a medical device, a substitute for professional medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or approved / regulated by any health authority (CDSCO, FDA, etc.). Always consult your prescribing physician before making changes to your medication regimen. The data and reports generated by this app are for informational purposes only.

Children's privacy: Stiqsy is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and displaying an in-app notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. For users outside India, we comply with applicable local data protection laws including GDPR (EU) where applicable.
