Include your device model and app version if you're reporting a problem — it helps us reproduce it faster.
§02 your data Account and data requests go to the same address.

The app does not yet have a delete-account button. To ask for your account and the records stored under it to be deleted, email hi@cr8veworks.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Stiqsy account”. cr8veworks handles each request by hand, and we have not yet published a verified deletion procedure or a timeline. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Full details in the Stiqsy privacy policy.

It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it does not choose or change a dose. It shows some general messages, such as the missed-dose instructions from your medicine's label; they do not replace your doctor's advice. Always follow your prescribing doctor's guidance for anything related to your medication.
